These Terms of Sale explain the terms that apply when you purchase digital products from DreamOps. Please read them before placing an order.
DreamOps is a UK-based digital business. These Terms apply when you buy a digital product from DreamOps, whether you purchase through our website or another authorised checkout route.
DreamOps sells digital products such as Notion templates, productivity systems, guides, and related digital resources. Our products are digital only unless we expressly state otherwise. Product descriptions are intended to help you understand what you are purchasing before checkout.
Prices are displayed before you complete checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your order is accepted when your payment has completed successfully and we have confirmed that payment. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know where reasonably practicable.
Purchased products may be supplied immediately after successful payment through email, an access page, download or access links, or a combination of these methods. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and for maintaining access to that email address.
Unless we expressly state that a different licence applies, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business use. You may customise your purchased copy for your own use. This licence does not transfer ownership of DreamOps’ intellectual property to you.
You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, reproduce for commercial resale, or claim DreamOps products as your own. You must not provide an original template, duplication link, access link, or other product-access method to unauthorised third parties. If you need a different licence, please contact us before sharing or distributing any product.
Some DreamOps products require or work with third-party services such as Notion. DreamOps does not control the continued availability, features, pricing, functionality, terms, or policies of third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that you can access and use any required third-party service under its own terms.
You are responsible for correctly duplicating and configuring your template, maintaining your own copy and backups, and ensuring that your use of a product is appropriate for your circumstances. For clinic-management products, DreamOps provides organisational and productivity templates only. We do not provide medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, or data-protection advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how a template may appropriately be used with real patient or client information and for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, security, and professional requirements.
If you are a UK consumer buying at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Where digital content is supplied immediately, we will only begin immediate supply after any consent and acknowledgement required by applicable UK consumer law, including acknowledgement of the effect this may have on the statutory cancellation right. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or you otherwise have rights or remedies under applicable consumer law, those rights remain available.
If you do not receive or cannot access your purchase, please contact hello@dreamops.co.uk with the email address used at checkout and any relevant order details. We will investigate and restore access where appropriate.
DreamOps retains intellectual-property rights in its original designs, templates, branding, documentation, and other original content, except where we state otherwise. Your purchase gives you only the licence described in these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, DreamOps is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from your use of a product with third-party services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, except where a different limit would be unlawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business, or legal obligations. The Terms in force when you place an order will generally apply to that order unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise. The latest version will be published on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you have questions about these Terms or your order, please contact DreamOps at hello@dreamops.co.uk.
